Function Introduction:

This machine can make wet powder into the required particles, and can also crush block shaped materials into the required particles. It can also be used as a pre grinding process for breaking and dispersing some fragile, loose, and brittle materials in the form of strips and irregular shapes. Not suitable for solid, liquid, slurry, or ground use. This machine is not suitable for semi-solid, fluid, slurry, or wear and tear applications.

working principle:

This machine is driven by mechanical transmission, and under the action of friction, the drum rotates on its own. Powdered materials are discharged from the sieve holes and sent out of the machine under the positive and negative rotation of the rotating drum. Adjusting the tightness of the sieve and the speed of the drum can to some extent control the particle size and density of the particles.

Applicable industries:

The pellet machine is widely used for granulation in the pharmaceutical, food, health products, chemical, fertilizer, building materials, and smelting industries. The pellet machine produced by our factory can be used for granule processing, feed processing, fertilizer processing, food processing, etc. It is suitable for manufacturing various specifications of pellets in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, feed, and food. This machine is only used for pellet production and is not suitable for solid, liquid, slurry or grinding purposes.

Operation:

Material preparation: Dry powder should be mixed evenly with an appropriate amount of water. Wet materials can be dried appropriately. The material is in the form of blocks and should not be processed.

Machine preparation: Remove the glass cover of the discharge cylinder, replace the appropriate sieve, adjust the prick wheel in the handwheel to the appropriate position, run the machine empty for 1-2 minutes, and then start the machine again if there are no abnormalities.

1. Usage: Start the machine, pour the mixture into the hopper, and use the swinging effect of the rotating drum to squeeze the material through the sieve to form particles.

2 Precautions:
If the powder cannot be stopped in the powder hopper, do not use your hands to shovel it to avoid hand injury accidents. Use a bamboo shovel or park to work.

If crushed into pieces, they should be gradually added and should not be filled up to avoid excessive pressure, which may make the sieve vulnerable.

Before operation, install the glass cover of the feeding cylinder to prevent particles from coming out.

Operation skills:

When the material is dry powder, it can be directly sprayed with water and stirred slightly to make particles.

When a small amount of material has too much moisture, drying the surface of the material can also directly use this machine granule.

When the material appears in chunks, it is not necessary to crush or process the chunks, and this machine can be directly used for granulation.

Before driving, refuel all the oil gauges in the machine's casing once to improve its service life.

The oil stored in the worm gear housing should be replaced with new oil every three months, which can improve the service life of the machinery.

If you don't know the mesh size of the sieve to be used for granulation, you can first manually pelletize with the sieve.

Construction Description:

1. Main body: The body is an independent rectangular cylinder, which is connected to a closed bearing seat and a powder hopper. The powder hopper extends outside the body of the machine, and a V-shaped chassis is installed below it, which is wide and flat on the ground, so it needs to be installed below and can be placed indoors for use at will.

2. Particle manufacturing device: The rotating drum is horizontally placed under the powder hopper, with bearing supports at the front and rear. It rotates in a reverse direction through the transmission of gears. The front bearing cover on the end face is movable. When assembling and disassembling, simply unscrew one wing nut, and the bearing cover and rotating drum can be extracted. The two ends of the drum are made with convex square rings and embedded in the bearing chamber, which can prevent oil stains from penetrating the powder and sticking and blocking.

3. Gearbox: It adopts worm gear transmission with a speed ratio of 1:12. The gearbox can store engine oil to ensure good lubrication and no noise. There is a sight glass on the gearbox for observation of the operation and oil storage. The outer end of the worm gear is equipped with an eccentric shaft to drive the rack to move back and forth.

4. Screen clamp tube: The device is made of steel pipes on both sides of the rotating drum, with a long groove in the middle. The two ends of the screen are embedded in the groove. The screen is wrapped around the outer circle of the rotating drum by rotating the flower shaped handwheel, which is supported by gears and can be adjusted for tightness.

5. Motor frame: One is securely fastened to the screw bolt, and the motor is mounted on an iron plate. When the screw bolt is rotated, the motor moves up and down to adjust the belt.

common problem:

The drum does not rotate after being powered on

Reason: The drum is stuck by foreign objects

Solution: Shut down, remove the drum, and remove foreign objects

Maintenance and upkeep:

1. Regularly inspect the components, once a month, to check whether the moving parts such as the worm gear, worm gear, bolts on the lubrication block, bearings, etc. are rotating flexibly and worn. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in a timely manner and should not be used reluctantly.

The machine should be used indoors in a dry and clean environment, and should not be used in places where acids or other corrosive gases are circulating in the atmosphere.

After the machine is used up or stopped, the rotating drum should be removed for cleaning and brushing the remaining powder in the hopper, and then installed properly to prepare for the next use.

When the drum moves back and forth during operation, please adjust the M10 screw on the front bearing to the appropriate position.

If the gear shaft moves, please adjust the M10 screws behind the bearing frame to the appropriate position, adjust the clearance so that the bearing does not make any noise, manually rotate the pulley, and tighten it appropriately. Over tightening or over loosening may cause damage to the machine.

If the machine is not in use for a long time, it must be wiped clean all over the body, and the smooth surface of the parts should be coated with anti rust oil and covered with a cloth.
